The Fine Print

BE ON TIME

Please arrive at least 15 minutes before class to get checked in and allow time for the coaches to assist you with hand wraps and gloves. Due to the nature of the class and timed intervals, participants who are more than 5 minutes late will not be allowed to enter the class.

CANCELATION POLICY

In order to provide a safe and effective workout, there is a limited number of spaces available for each class. Changes or cancelations must take place up to 12 hours in advance of the class time.

Although we do not offer refunds, we will add canceled classes to your account for a later use. If you cancel within 12 hours before class starts, you will be docked one class if you have a class package. Clients with an unlimited monthly package will be charged a $15 late cancel fee. Any changes can be made through our registration site, NUBOXX app, or by contacting the studio directly.

If you are signed up for back to back classes and decide last minute you won’t stay for both, you will be charged the late cancel fee. This applies to all members and class pack users.

All clients are limited to one class per day. If you would like to stay for another class, see the front desk so they can determine if there are enough spots open. Do not book back to back classes or multiple classes per day. You will be subject to fees and/or may be removed from the class to make room for a waitlisted client.

Clients who are more than 5 minutes late will forfeit their spot and it will be given to a standby client.

WAITLIST

We recommend signing up for the waitlist if the class you want is full. If a spot opens up (life happens. people cancel) we will notify you that you’re in! PLEASE NOTE that if you are on the waitlist, we assume you are committed to showing up if a spot opens. Therefore if you are added to the class but do not show up or fail to cancel on time, we will charge you a no show fee AND you will forfeit the class. This applies to drops ins, monthly members, class packages and 1-week trial users. If you do not get off the waitlist, the class will be credited to your account for future use.

NO SHOW

If you do not show up and did not bother to notify us or cancel, you forfeit the class (no money back) and will be charged a $20 No Show Fee. This applies to all memberships and class package users.

THIRD PARTY RESERVATIONS AND DEALS

We only accept reservations from a single booking system. If you are a member of ClassPass and FitReserve you cannot utilize both. Offers from Gilt City cannot be combined with any other offers, sales or reservation websites or apps.

NUBOXX reserves the right to not accept you in our classes if this policy has been violated.

MEMBERSHIP FREEZE

We can freeze memberships for a fee of $15 per month for a maximum of two months. Please call or email us with your request.

MEMBERSHIP CONTRACT CANCELATION

30 days advance notice is required for any contract cancelation. A cancelation fee of $300 applies to all memberships and contracts that are terminated early. All sales are final; classes are not eligible for transfer or exchange.
